Warranty

What's covered?

We stand by the quality of our products. Your new compressor from Airworks or our authorized dealers is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship.

What's not covered?

While we've got your back on quality, there are a few things we can't cover:

  • Any mishaps like negligence, accidents, or improper handling that might mess with your compressor.

  • Running your unit with low coolant can cause some serious damage that isn't covered.

  • Components or accessories from sources other than our authorized dealers.

  • Stick with genuine Airworks parts and you're good to go. We can't guarantee how well aftermarket parts will work!

  • Normal wear and tear, paint jobs, and cosmetic stuff aren't part of the warranty deal.

How long is the warranty?

Depending on your unit, your warranty has two or three components to it, each with their own timeframe:

  1. Electrical Components (6 Months): All electrical systems and components have a warranty of six months.

  2. All Other Components (2 Years): Everything else, such as the rotary screw air end, hoses, radiator, fans, fuel pumps, and so on, are fully covered for two years.

  3. Rotary Screw Air End (Lifetime): Units that output 60 CFM or less enjoy a lifetime warranty on the rotary screw air end itself. Units with this particular air end are the G40, G60, E60, T40, and T60. All other units' air ends are covered under the 2 year warranty.

When does the warranty start?

Your warranty kicks in from the day your product gets installed. If you send in your warranty registration form within 2 months of purchase, we'll use that date. But if not, we'll go with 30 days after it left our shop.

Replacement parts and more:

Need a fix-up? Replacement parts, electrical components, and even some sprucing up for your compressor's looks are covered for six months or 300 hours, whichever comes first.

What's our commitment?

If something's amiss, here's what we'll do:

  • We'll either fix it up or swap it out at one of our authorized service spots during regular hours.

  • We're only responsible for the stuff we've promised to cover, though. Anything else, like damages or expenses, you're on your own, sorry!

  • And if something goes south, you'll need to handle getting it back to us.
